FLEXO PLATE MOUNTERS

Plate Mounter for Sleeve mounting

Equipped with a fixed
mandrel, it is suitable for all sleeves with different size carriers,
easily interchangeable thanks to the cantilever
system.
The machine is equipped with two high-magnification cameras, mounting
table and lay dawn roller that make operator assembly simpler and more
ergonomic;
While the mechanical dividing head (optional electronic version
available) made possible to mounting of staggered plates.

The Iriflex is a dedicated Microdot Flexo Plate
Mounter
|

| Simplicity,
accuracy and repeatability is the key to the Iriflex.
Standard manual cameras or the optional motorized ones ensure
”dot on dot” accuracy while the various options such as the
plate laying table and plate lay down roller allow the flexo
printer to achieve a higher degree of standardization from
cylinder to cylinder.
The Iriflex is available with the optional
taper slide and proofing test that can cope with both geared and
gearless flexographic presses.

Narrow Web Plate Mounter |

Quick,
versatile and accurate it's our narrow web plate mounter
designed for the busy label and tape printer.
Fitted with high magnification manually displaced, they are
linked to individual digital position indicators, allowing
multiple plates to be laid without the need for
extra cameras.
A 12”, split screen monitor allows for
simultaneous control and registration of the micro-dots
and/or cross hairs.
The plate mounting table allows large
plates to be positioned in register prior attaching to the
double sided tape, resulting in reduced damage to the
polyester liner and a reduction in ‘introduced' air bubbles
in the tape.
Available with a cantilevered sleeve change system
(optional) and adjustable cones for shaftless printing
cylinders. |
