Variable Repeat Rotary Die Cutting Systems

PPCTS is the
exclusive representative for Kempsmith's range of paperboard die
cutting solutions. In the early 1980’s Kempsmith designed and
built a web fed folding carton die cutter. This product line
expanded into a sophisticated servo controlled web fed platen
cutter that was manufactured and sold to printing press and
folding carton manufacturers. Kempsmith has recently
introduced a new variable repeat rotary die cutter (VRRC) to
manufacturer folding cartons. This innovative design, with patent
pending, allows changing repeat lengths on a rotary die cutter
without changing cutting cylinders. An innovation that is
extremely cost effective and a very attractive approach for
converters doing short to medium run work.
