To clean all inks and varnishes in a flash on parts and plates

MAGIC'LOX is an easy product for difficult jobs. Keep some everywhere you need it!

For ceramic rolls, chrome rolls, plates, doctor rolls, machines parts... Any dirty surface that should be cleaned quickly after or during production.

Instructions of use:
Shake, spray, wipe... That's all!

MAGIC'LOX is food packaging compatible.

BRUSHES FOR ANILOX

Two models available:

The "stainless steel" brush is exclusively reserved for the cleaning of the ceramic anilox.

The "brass brush" is exclusively reserved for the chrome anilox (flexo & gravure).
 
Notes:
 - the wire diameter of 0.076 mm = great flexibility + in-depth cleaning of the cells,
 - the PVC body is resistant to solvents and water.
 

Diluted 10 to 100 times, it is the standard product for rinsing water based inks. On press directly to rinse the printing unit, chambers and anilox, as well as a supplemental detergent to press wash-up systems. Out of press to wash the plates & parts.

AUTOMATIC PREMIUM MIXER (APM) for press wash-up systems

The AUTOMATIC PREMIUM MIXER (APM) automatically pumps the Quick’Wash PREMIUM (3 to 10%) in direct relation to the amount of water that passes through the motor and injects the QW’Premium into the water system. No external power is required.

For solvent based inks

Without odor, non volatile and non flammable, this product does not damage the plates.

It is recommended for all cleaning operations (parts and plates).

This product can be distillated.

PK WATER
For water based inks

Diluted 2 to 3 times, the product is used in washing machines to clean the parts.

It's the ideal product for efficiency and longevity.

PK WATER PLUS
For water + UV + solvent based inks

Used pure, this product is ideal for washing machines to clean press parts on presses using  water, UV and solvent based inks (in particular label & envelope industry).

Reduces press downtime!

Thanks to its separation, sliding and anti-static properties, MAGIC'CLICHÉ will:

- Avoid plate ink built-up during printing runs that downgrade quality and productivity (reduces machine stops to clean the plates)

- Makes plate easy to clean after printing

- Extends plate life by protecting them from ink and solvents aggressiveness

Instructions of use:
Spray on all surface of the plate, let dry 3-5 minutes, print, that's all!

MAGIC'PROTECT
Keep your equipment like new!

Protect your equipment with an anti-sticking and hydrophobic film, all surfaces, from ink splashes (machine bodies, doctor blade chambers, ink trails...)

Once the ink has dried, it can be removed very easily with no sticking.

Parts can be directly cleaned in cleaning machines.

Your equipment will be clean... and will stay so!
